这就跟你问声好！我的资料存在。我知道我的注册码。当添加注册码,提交一个防守姿势的时候,我有一个消息说它是悬而未决。

在查看文档时,它说“提交注册码后,用户管理员会通知,可以确认或拒绝登记请求。”。

问题:

  • “用户管理”是谁?

  • 我自己和管理;我没有收到通知。这是预期的行为吗?

Hello, here the admin is the user admin of your Tricentis account. If i'm not mistaken i can see 8 different users in your company account on our side having admin rights. If you have registered using your company registration code these admins should be able to validate your registration so you can join your Tricentis account.<\/p>

Hi! My profile exists. I know my registration code. When adding registration code, and submitting a seconde time, I have a message saying it's pending.<\/p>
