你好,

后升级到新的GlobalProtect VPN软件在我们公司,我们是难以达到Linux网络188金宝搏官网登录app负载生成器。检查NeoLoad的日志,我们可以看到:

——neoload 2023/06/16 15:35:28错误。代理人:初始化错误AgentServiceLg客户:xxx.xxx.xx.xxx: 7100

The \"UnknownHostException\" error message\u00a0 seems to indicate that there's an issue to resolve the agent\/lg machine name. But it looks more to be an issue with the name that is used at the tunnel level. I mean it does not seem to be an issue with the first communication done between the controller and the agent.<\/p>

Could you tell when you get that error? Is it when you try to start a test with that Linux LG or is it just to discover it from the controller?<\/p>

Also did you use a hostname or the IP address of your LG?<\/p>

One more thing since you mentioned your VPN. I assume that your issue happens when your VPN is on right? If yes do you know if your VPN forces some proxy settings at system level?<\/p>

And having the whole logs on both side (controller+LG) might be necessary to get a full picture of the issue.<\/p>","className":"post__content__best_answer"}">
