Were you able to solve the issue or create a case for support?<\/p>

Usually, the issue is caused by the following:<\/p>

1. The other Requirements already exist in qTest.<\/p>

2. There are Jira projects you didn't add to the integration.<\/p>

3. While setting the Requirements integration, you used a filter that ignored some Requirements.<\/p>","className":"post__content__best_answer"}">

This is regarding an issue that we are facing when we trigger the\u00a0Retrieve Jira Data\u00a0<\/strong>functionality in the\u00a0QTest Tool<\/a><\/p>

Though the jira filter used in the configuration returns about 18 entries, the background process doesn\u2019t pull all the entries into the\u00a0Requirements Tab<\/strong>\u00a0(QTest Tool) as expected.<\/p>

However,\u00a0the process completes successfully with no errors!<\/u><\/p>

We tried to create a ticket in the\u00a0https:\/\/support-hub.tricentis.com\/open<\/a>, however, neither the\u00a0Create a Case<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0or\u00a0Start a Chat\u00a0<\/strong>button is activated.<\/p>

Request you please revert with your\u00a0expert advice<\/u>\u00a0asap as this is a blocker for us!<\/strong><\/p>
