Hello, the issue usually happens when the port 7100 is already in used. You probably have another agent running on your machine.<\/p>

Before starting NeoLoad you can open a command prompt and execute: netstat -ano|find \"7100\"<\/p>

This should show you if a process is listening on port 7100 and the last column will be the PID of that process. Then you can open the Windows task manager and search for that PID to identify that process and stop it.<\/p>","className":"post__content__best_answer"}">
