I have a project in qTest which have test cases mapped to Test Cycles.<\/p>

These test cases belong to Test Design of another project. These test cases are shared to the main project.<\/p>

When I try querying for these test cases and looking inside of a specific Test Cycle, I am unable to search by Test Case Id, as it prefixes a value in front of my search:<\/p>

I am receiving these test cases in my query, so it is picking them up, but I cannot filter for them here.<\/p>

Anyone have any thoughts or solutions here? Any help would be appreciated.<\/p>

Data Query is only by project.\u00a0 You can only query data within the current project you are on. I don't see where you can incorporate another project outside the current project in the Data Query.<\/p>

我怎么查询从另一个项目的测试用例?

Hi.\u00a0 This may be an enhancement request but as a Test Lead who has to approve test cases and\/or add them for my team to run tests, I'm finding it difficult and time consuming (not having the Batch Approval and\/or Batch Add at the Test Design module view for example but) having to do a query then do an Edit - Batch Approve.<\/p>

Why is this seemingly a hidden activity especially for Test Lead?<\/p>

I am looking for a way to export testcases to excel. These testcases may call other testcases as well. Expectation is to have all the detailed steps listed from the called testcase as well in the exported testcase.<\/p>

Test Cycles are not appearing in the Global Filter when using Insights.\u00a0 There are several Test Cycles created for the project, but they just do not appear in the global filter for Insights.<\/p>

  We have a suite of test cases that we routinely pull to Test Execution for running. We have various queries to pull a subset of the test cases at specific intervals.<\/p>

I'm currently facing a roadblock and I'm not sure if anyone has faced a similar issue here. When automating excel files, some files have unexpected error popups: \"The file format and extension of \"... .xls\" don't match. The file could be corrupted or unsafe. Unless you trust its source, don't open it. Do you want to open it anyway?<\/p>

How do we create a recovery scenario to say when Tosca could not proceed with the automation.. Say it's supposed to:<\/p>

1. Open excel file<\/p>

2. Run macro<\/p>

3. Close excel<\/p>

But it could not proceed with opening the excel file, it will click on the \"Yes\" button and run the testcase. Hope someone might have solved this problem!<\/p>

i have a screen that has a lot of radio buttons. I have to use that screen in many different cases, so i wanted to make the selection of the radio button dependent on a test case parameter. I have set the value to {tp[RADIOBUTTON1]} and in the test parameters i have set the value RADIOBUTTON1 = {CLICK}. It works but, one it successfully clicks the correct radio button, i get the follwoing message:
The parse result of the expression '{click}' can't be cast to the desired type 'IVerificationValue'.<\/p>

Anyone know how i could solve the issue differently? If the error wasn't coming, I'd be happy with the result...<\/p>
